TOMATE PASTE

TRANSA produces a wide range of products. All of them are packaged in aseptic bags. This guarantees the conservation of the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the tomato paste.

The type of packaging ranges from 210 to 245 net kgs. per aseptic bag in metallic drums or 1.000 net kgs. per aseptic bag in plastic bins.

Standard concentrations

Special concentrations:

-Passata Apollo: this product is obtained using low temperature, so the typical colour and flavour of fresh tomatoes are maintained.

-Super Hot Break 22/24: Very thick and natural final product can be obtained by the customer.

-Cold Break 24/26 High Viscosity: Cold Break tomato paste with the typical thickness of Hot Break. However, the product maintains the colour, flavour and taste of Cold Break.
